Joint venture partners

Build together. Share what the partnership creates.

Advisy works with a small number of operators, builders, and strategic investors who can create more value with us than either side could create alone.

→ Revenue share follows measurable contribution→ Investment is documented separately→ Every partnership starts with a bounded opportunity
Ways to partner

Choose the lane that matches what you bring.

A partner may contribute distribution, operating expertise, technology, customers, capital, or a combination. We keep each contribution and its economics visible.

01 / REVENUE PARTNER

Open the right market.

Introduce, position, or help close a defined opportunity. Revenue participation is tied to attributable, collected business and a written scope.

  • Named account or market lane
  • Clear attribution and reporting
  • Renewal and expansion rules
02 / VENTURE BUILDER

Build a product or market together.

Combine Advisy infrastructure with a partner's domain expertise, distribution, or operating team around one testable venture.

  • Bounded pilot and scorecard
  • Contribution and ownership map
  • Milestone-gated expansion
03 / STRATEGIC INVESTOR

Fund a specific growth thesis.

Invest into a defined venture, product lane, or approved financing structure after business, technical, and legal diligence.

  • Named issuer and use of funds
  • Valuation and instrument clarity
  • Governance and reporting rights
Clean economics

Revenue share and investment are different lanes.

A revenue partner earns against defined business they help create. An investor participates through a separately documented investment. A joint venture can combine both only when the documents say exactly how they interact.

01 / DEFINE

Name the eligible revenue.

Identify the customer, product, geography, or channel covered by the arrangement.

02 / COLLECT

Use cash actually received.

Revenue share is calculated from collected revenue, with refunds and chargebacks handled explicitly.

03 / ACCOUNT

State the cost basis.

When a split uses contribution profit rather than gross revenue, permitted direct costs are defined in advance.

04 / SETTLE

Report and pay on cadence.

Statements, payment timing, renewal treatment, and audit rights belong in the written agreement.

No generic promise of equity or lifetime revenue share. Percentages, ownership, valuation, control, duration, and post-termination treatment are agreed for the specific opportunity before launch.

The process

Prove the partnership before scaling it.

We move from strategic fit to a bounded test, then into definitive terms only when the evidence supports a deeper relationship.

01

Fit

Align on market, problem, contribution, and why the partnership should exist.

02

Diligence

Review business, technical, financial, data, and legal dependencies.

03

Pilot

Run one bounded opportunity with owners, milestones, and a scorecard.

04

Terms

Document economics, rights, responsibilities, governance, and exit treatment.

05

Scale

Expand only after delivery, adoption, and economics are proven.

VALUEWhat does each side contribute, and how is that contribution measured?
RIGHTSWho owns pre-existing IP, new work, data, brand, and customer relationships?
CONTROLWho decides product, spending, pricing, hiring, and market expansion?
EXITWhat happens at expiration, termination, acquisition, or a change of control?

Bring the opportunity. We will map the right structure.

Tell us what you can contribute, what you want to build, and what success would look like for both sides.
